Troop 45 offers many activities and events throughout the scouting year.
For 2009-2010, our plans include: indoors rock climbing at Vertical Edge, a Sports Weekend, a campout at Camp Cherokee, trips to Carolina Hurricanes hockey games, a"Capture the Flag" outing, a sailing weekend at the seashore, Wilderness Survival and backpacking weekends, as well as the annual Camporee. Our scouts also attend District and Council events such as Merit Badge Colleges.
In addition we will have our annual week-long Summer Camp and a day trip to the 100th anniversary National Jamboree.
Our many Order of the Arrow members participate in OA activities throughout the year as well.
